SPECIAL NOTICE: 

New rules for submittal of DBE Utilization Plans for contracts on the January 15, 2010 Letting

All Prime contractors please take note that DBE utilization plans, both forms SBE 2025 and SBE 2026, are now being required to be submitted with the bid on all construction contracts that contain a specified goal in the special provision for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation.

For federally funded projects the new Special Provision is pending Federal Highway Administration approval.  IDOT anticipates Federal Highway Administration approval in the near future.

Federally funded projects are identified by a Federal Project number; State funded contracts do not contain a Project number.
