All interested parties are notified of a pre-bid meeting for the above contract.  Attendance at the meeting is required for all bidders.  Department personnel will be present to describe the scope of work and answer any questions about the plans and special provisions.  The Department will provide traffic control.  The Contractor shall bring all required safety equipment for access.

The meeting will be held at the job site - Structure No. 002-0022 which carries I-57 over the Mississippi River near the city of Cairo, Illinois.  The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. on April 8, 2008.  THIS IS A CHANGE IN DATES!
