IDOT NEWSFLASH: New Date and Time for 60F72 Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference

Contract 60F72 (Item 197 on June Letting) Algonquin Bypass IL Rte. 31(N. Jct.) to IL Rte. 31 (S. Jct.), McHenry County

The mandatory pre-bid conference has been re-scheduled for Tuesday June 5, 2012 at 8:30 AM.
This meeting will be held at IDOT District One Office, 201 101 W. Center Court, Schaumburg, IL 60196 in the Materials Lab Classroom.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide the scope of work for the contract and to encourage networking between the contractors therefore subcontractors and DBE firms are encouraged to attend.

This pre-bid meeting is MANDATORY for all prime contractors who plan to submit bids for 60F72 (Item 197) on the June Letting. Attendance will be taken.
Failure on the part of a prime contractor to attend will cause the contractor’s bid to be rejected.

District One IDOT will provide a short presentation and will answer any questions you may have. This will be an opportunity for prime contractors and DBE firms to meet and discuss projects of mutual interest.
