IDOT NEWSFLASH: Project Labor Agreement added to Contract 76F71 on June Letting (CORRECTION)

The previous newsflash incorrectly stated that Contract 76F71 was item 191.  The correct Item number is 137.

A Project Labor Agreement (PLA) has been added to Contract 76F71 (Item 137) on the June Letting,

This change will be noted in the Revised Notice of Letting bulletin to be published June 5.
