The Bulletin is being revised to indicate that the Contractor is required to be SSPC-QP1 & QP2 certified in order to be authorized to bid the above item. Evidence of certification must be provided prior to receiving authorization to bid. Contractors are required to submit copies of current certificates for each Letting.
